In early 2023, Law Off The Shelf CEO Olle Westerlund approached Carl to ask him to contribute to a playbook focusing on EU Public tender law, he boldly suggested a partnership instead.

Carl is almost as devoted to his work as to his family. With a wife in public service, Carl has sworn to always pick up the phone when one of his daughters want to talk or just ask if there is any yoghurt in the fridge.
